> somai is an Edinburgh-based delivery studio that builds the foundations underneath a company so it runs ai-native. We embed senior teams into operator-led companies and build — not retrofit — block by block, in fixed-fee engagement blocks with a clean exit. The business keeps trading the whole way. Clients own and operate what we build at handover.

somai works with founder-led and operator-led companies, typically in regulated, non-tech-native sectors. We take on a limited number of engagements at a time.
